| TAMU Materials Characterization Facility User facility with conventional UV-lithography, Kratos imaging XPS system, Digital Instruments AFM/STM scanning probe microscopy, Dektak profilometer, Hysitron nanoindenter, two Leica confocal laser scanning microscopes, Raman/FTIR processor with nanoscale spatial resolution, Nanoink dip pen nanolithography, PTI Fluorescence Spectrophotometer, Hitachi UV-vis-NIR spectrometer, and Nanofilm imaging ellipsometer. Also available are a dicing saw, metal deposition chamber, spin coater, wire bonder, and Class 100 clean room. The MCF is housed in a large new location in Jack E. Brown Chemical Engineering Building. |
